Looking for a nanny job

I love kids and I have free time to do some work, so I thought about it and guess a nanny job would suit me perfect. I checked out a few nanny ads today and even registered with a few good agencies. Waiting to see the response. I would love to get a job with a family looking for live-out or part time nannies. This would give me time to do some working at home and then later take over as a nanny.I don't have any references though as I am just starting out, but I sure hope I get good references with who ever I work with.
