The singer is simply spectacular in a pale blue tulle and silver beaded Elie Saab haute couture gown, Lorraine Schwartz diamonds and newly blonde shoulder-length locks.

NELLY FURTADO

The singer and nominee is a modern goddess in her bright blue Arthur Mendoza gown, who says the best part of her blonde hair is "getting away with a little bit more."

I Thank Fergie Looked the most glamorous she ever has. Loved the yellow dress. Rihanna was 2nd she is so pretty .. I adore Beyonce but her dress was a bit fairytale, still gorgeous, but.. and Nelly looked good but the fit of the dress was a bit off..
