Travelling is really exiting, we all love it (almost all) :) Maybe there are some people that like to sit at home, but a great majority of us likes to change the scene. So, let's share our thoughts about it!
Where have you been? What places do you like most of all? And why do you like them?

This is hard to answer, I have been lots of places in the world. I have been lucky. Born in England, raised in Scotland and now living in the US. I have also been to Russia, Italy, France, Italy, Kenya, Switzerland, Austria, Wales, Ireland, Greece, Canada, Germany, places on cruises in the Caribbean as well as quite a bit of the US. I guess I liked them all for different reasons. But, my heart is in Scotland. I get all the time, when I am flying back here, "so why are you leaving Florida to go to cold Scotland??" I only can say, it's because this is still my home. No matter where I have traveled.

I think you love Scotland because you spend your childhood their, all that memories of being a child are connected to Scotland. But I'm sure it's a great country.
When I hear about Scotland, I remember film "Brave Heart" with Mel Gibson, great film, I've watched it many times.
And I imagine Scotland as a beautiful country with a lot of green mountains. And your customs and traditions, they are so special and popular all over the world: men wearing skirts, bagpipes:)

It is a beautiful country to me all the time, but to the tourists this is a dreary time of the year. Dark most of the day, and pretty cold! Some of the young men have started wearing the kilts more, they look pretty hot!!

As for me, I've been only to Ukraine and Russia, so it's difficult for me to judge what places are the best:) I like Moscow, the capital of Russia, and some Ukrainian cities, but my favorite city is Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, where I live now, though I was born in another city in the south of Ukraine, Kherson.
Kiev is really great, these are some photos of it.

I was in Moscow about 28 years ago, so I am sure it's very different now!!

Yes, I would say it's totally different, everything has changed:) Though some places of Soviet Union left they now just like a history.

It's too little to show you all the beauty of Moscow. I love my city, it's very beautiful.

Speaking about my favorite places, I like Egypt, this country seems to be so mysterious for me:)

One place I always wanted to visit is Egypt. The closest I got was flying on an Egyptian airlines!! Moscow is indeed very beautiful from what I remember.....

You've been to so many countries, you should visit Egypt as well:)
I want to go to European country and I don't know what to choose. What would you advice me: France, Italy, Greece or Austria?

My least favorite is France. I wasn't impressed with any of the famous landmarks, but then again that was years ago and I might appreciate it more now. Nice was beautiful and Monaco awesome. My trip, I am not talking for everyone else, the people not so friendly. Greece very beautiful, I stayed in a small village with hardly any tourists and got to see the real Greek people. Great food! Austria I was only there a couple of days, took a train trip which was so beautiful to see all the mountains, and flowers etc. Great apple strudel!! Remember Europe is expensive. Never been to Italy, except for one night stop over when a flight I had had issues. If I had to choose, and it wasn't Scotland!! I would choose Greece again. But I would also make sure I would find small towns and villages to stay in as well as a few days in the bigger cities just to see the history and art.

Great choice!! Make sure you have the lamb there which is delicious, I think its called Kleftigo....in the mornings we had fresh bread with honey. Fresh fish was delicious. And the Ouzo, one of their national drinks, well that's another story!!!
