I often look at organic food..I purchase cleansers for veggies sometimes but don't seem to have enough time to do all of this..
I agree w/ buying in season..being in a four season environment leaves us at the mercy of the supermarket..
Our summers are filled w/ veggies and fruit bc we live in a fruit belt and have local farmers...I still try to wash them..
I am interested in becoming a vegan...but don't think it will agree w/ my family..
I buy organic food usually, and usually i buy food in season or i buy fruits from grocery stores where fruit usually have came from other hot countries. write now i found these wonderful cookies that i think are organic since i got them from oganic store. They are called Relgian Butters- Belgian butter waffles.
I buy organic food sometimes but it can be a little pricey. So I follow this rule: fruits and vegetable that can be peeled, for example bananas, oranges and potatoes, I buy non-organic, but fruits and vegetables than are usually eaten with the skin on, like strawberries and broccoli, I buy organic.
