I consider healthy eating very important, but i dont think its very useful to follow every single fad diet you find in some megazines. When i read the book French Woman Dont Get Fat and French Woman for All Seasons i just fixed myself on that and so far so good. Its not even a diet its just a helthy way of life i always have three meals a day and never starve my self and i dont eat snaks or comfort food. I do detox once every two weeks but i dont do it just on water all day i always have a lot of prunes and drink all kinds of juice and herbal teas. Another thing i never stuff my self just because i know there's food in the kichen (i use to do that before but not enymore). Now i know fruits are helthy but i think its good to buy fruits that are in season and not from supermarkets for you never know what they used to grow them.
A few people are really responsible for making healthy food choices. This is one of my weaknesses. But I try my best to include fruits and veggies in my diet.
Id love to live longer and do many things while Im alive and this serves as my motivation. I want to stay away from sickness so I could reach my dreams.
That is a good motivation! Everyone should think about that, because when you are young, you have your natural health, beauty and you don't think about the importance to care and save it ... But you should take care - and your body will thank you with heath and beauty.
