How do you define HOT?

I read this article about the 'not so hot' celebrities and saw that many of them, I admire so much and find them really HOT. Jut because one was not gifted with good looks doesnt mean he or she cant be hot. Do looks really matter? When do you say that a person is HOT?

I agree with you that it's not important to have a hot look! The main thing is your energy! I also find some people from that list very hot and attractive - I adore Sarah Jessica Parker:), Barbra Streisand is one of my favorite actresses - her charm is unbelievable!And Renee Zellweger! I think she is very beautiful!!! I can continue this list... I don't think that we should choose the unsexiest people, that is not very good as for me.

I find people with talents really hot. I find a guy hot if he is intelligent and can speak very well in public.
