It comes down a few things. If you moving this to a new domain then you need to do a redirect till we all can find it again.
BUT If you move allmywomenstalk.com to a domain name that isn't at all like this one then all marketing you may have done, all ads articles and all information has to be changed. Moving to a new domain is great and all but your main keywords for your site won't be in the new domain name if you are moving this allmywomenstalk.com to puffl.com. This domain name allmywomenstalk.com tells you all about the domain and what you should expect pretty much for a site, sorry but puffl doesn't tell me anything.. product? company brand name? huh?
Unless its a company's name its really hard on sites that have misspellings as the domain name. Just my thoughts anywhooo
I agree w/ overallbeauty... This site is already pretty well established, both from a marketing perspective as well as existing content being found/indexed in the search engines. If you were to switch to a new domain now, it would un-do a lot of the work that was already put in. Not to mention, the current URL is perfectly suited to the purpose of this site, whereas puffl.com is cute and all, but doesn't really tell new/potential users what the site is all about, making it more challenging to market.
Even moving a domain name to a new hosting company is a problem. I moved my site to a new hosting company and I still have google finding links to the old hosting company. I am removing 404 pages still after a year! Moving to from one hosting company to a new hosting company is hard enough but change the domain name as well? You might as well just start over with a brand new site and have two sites..
