So what is everyone's way to get rid of stress? I usually love to do yoga after work, or take a walk around the neighborhood. however, i've always wanted to try meditating but i think i'm too edgy/stressed-out to do it. haha. There's a website where you can actually create your own space and 'meditate' on the web. Sounds weird but it's actually pretty cool. They have a bunch of unique activities and features to help you find spirituality. I'm trying to become more spiritual and less anxious, so it's a great website to go to if you're in the same boat.
Thank you Helen...yes he is alive..but has the mind of a 16 yr old some days..he had a complete mental break..we have nursed him back to be able to talk at least..I don't want to be a downer so I will close now..
All the best and if you would, say a prayer for them..including my son..

I have heard that pilates is a good way. In general, exercise is said to be an excellent form of stress relief. Speaking personally, I know when you are stressed, the first thing on your mind isn't exercise, but if you can motivate yourself to do so, it's worth it. For me, reading and best of all, gardening are big time stress relievers.
I'm sure gardening is a great activity. Unfortunately, I don't have a garden...
By the way, pets are great stress relievers. If you have a dog and you have to walk with it everyday, that's great.
